The team and I at Clipper Motor Yachts are excited to share with you that we have moved to a larger indoor showroom display and exterior hardstand area. The new location called “The Boat Shed” is literally across the road at 199 Beattie Rd and has a dedicated Beattie Rd/Boat Works Dr entrance. It is also accessible from the North entrance to The Boat Works. This facility some of you will remember as the old US Diesel facility and was in fact originally one of the original America’s Cup sheds.
Our new fenced facility will offer a full time indoor boat show with staging and stairs to allow access onto all our stock boats inside. The design also has new mezzanine offices looking out to our Clipper in-water berths on H arm in the North Marina at The Boat Works. We are also adjacent to the boat ramp for ease of access for sea trials and deliveries.
The new Kokomo beachside café is also now open and within walking distance from our new home.
Works are continuing to finish the internal fit-out and office structure but we will be operating from The Boat Shed as of Wednesday this week.
Of course we look forward to welcoming our owners and friends to the opening function once all the fit out is completed on site.
